Sandbagger Scoring is a private golf tournament scoring and leaderboard application intended for use by a specific, invite-only group of golfers. Access to the App is restricted by a group PIN. The App is not intended for the general public.

• Golfer names — first names or nicknames used to identify players in tournaments and matches.
• Golf scores — hole-by-hole scores, handicap indexes, and match results entered during rounds.
• Tournament and round data — course names, tee times, match formats, and leaderboard standings.

We do not collect email addresses, phone numbers, payment information, precise location data, or any other personal identifiers beyond golfer names entered into the system.

3. How We Use Information

Information collected is used solely to:

• Display live scores, leaderboards, and match results within the App.
• Track tournament history and statistics for the golf group.

We do not use your information for advertising, marketing, or any purpose beyond operating the App.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise share any data with third parties. All data is stored on a private server accessible only to members of the golf group via the group PIN.

5. Data Storage and Security

Data is stored on a secured web server. Access to the App is protected by a group PIN. We take reasonable measures to protect the data stored within the App, though no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

Tournament and score data is retained indefinitely for the purpose of historical record-keeping within the golf group. If you wish to have your name or scores removed, contact us at the email address below.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
